SATISFACTION GUARANTEED (For Shipping Purposes Only)
Here, at Love You 1st VVS, we want to deliver delicious products with the highest quality. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt of product. To ensure the best customer service, we request that all questions & concerns be sent via "CONTACT US" or "LET'S CHAT" option. Because the items are perishable & must remain cold, upon arrival, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns of product. At our discretion, a credit will be applied to your account (minus shipping cost). ALL items are shipped cold and/or slightly frozen (with dry ice) & depending on the weather, they may still be frozen or just somewhat cold, upon arrival. Please rest assure that everything is fresh.​
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that because shipped items are perishable, they cannot be returned for a refund. Because of a large influx of orders, please allow 2-5 business days for processing (depending on order date). Orders will be shipped via UPS (tracking # notification is sent) & should arrive within 2 business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders are not shipped past Wednesday. No same day shipping. Should you place an order via regular shipping, please note that your order will ship on the following Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!
Once order has been placed, please arrive within your chosen pickup time (you may pick up within a 30 min time slot). Please communicate should you be running late or not able to make it. Should there be a delay, you have until the end of the business day to pick up your order. Should we have to stay beyond our regular business hours (12pm-6pm), waiting for your arrival, there will be an additional fee applied. We will not allow any pickups beyond 6:30pm. We will not be held accountable for any orders left behind, no shows. We will not hold or store any orders overnight. If you forgot to pick up or decided not to show up, no REFUND will be issued. REMINDER: All food is cooked to order!!!
CANCELLATION
All cancellations are to be made within a timely manner (at least 45mins. prior to your chosen pick up time). Refund will be processed within 24 hours, after cancellation has been requested. If you do not request a cancellation, do not expect a possible refund.
